Please transfer the money to our company’s designated account on the fixed date.
The booking will be definite at the time of the affirmation of receiving the money.
Furthermore, the commission of transferring money will be responsible by the customer.
② Cancellation fees (for 1person)
Before 30 days from the scheduled date of the observation ： 20,000JPY
Before 29 days to 15 days from the scheduled date of the observation ： 50% of the arrangement price
Before 14 days to the appointed day from the scheduled date of the observation ： 100% of the arrangement price
※The cancellation fees will be different from above when you book for another hotel. The details of the cancellation fees will be announced before booking.
③ Issuing of Business visa (Arrival visa)
We can prepare the local invitation letter and required documents for issuing the Business arrival visa for the people who don’t have time to get the visa in advance. (10,000JPY per person)
※The required documents in Japan have to be prepared by the customer from the homepage of the Myanmar Embassy, Japan.
